Ok new problem.....

I was running 3dmark 2000 and it kicked me out and when I started to run it again it gave me this....

3dmark requires a directx7 compatible 3d-accelerator.
Please go to madonion.com and find the best upgrades for your system or use 3dmark 99 max.
UHHH wtf is this alla bout??
I have dx 7.0a installed, do I need to reinstall??
I have a geforce 256 DDR card.

You would probably only have to re-install directx!!!

I had the same problem once, and installing directx solved the problem, so you should be fine!!!
