Could be that you've reached the max throughput of the memory bus since it only has a 64bit bus instead of 128bit bus of the TNT2 Ultra or earlier TNT2's. Hence the "M64". In that case it wouldn't matter how fast you ran the memory, the performance would be the same.
Well I can't say much about your v/card, but I have a Magic TNT2(M64), which is similar video card.
My system...
M/Board...Abit BE6 ver.2
CPU.......550e@770Mhz(5.5x140FSB)
SDRAM.......128Meg (PC133)Hyudai
V/Card....Magic TNT2(M64)-32Meg
Default Settings & scores...
125Mhz Core & 125Mhz Mem
3DMark 2000 score: 3247 - 3.77 Drivers
3632 - 3.84 Drivers
3664 - 5.14 Drivers
New settings & scores (using 5.14 drivers)...
125 Core & 130 Mem = 3861 3D-marks
125 Core & 133 Mem = 3922 3D-marks
133 Core & 138 Mem = 4012 3D-marks
135 Core & 140 Mem = 4203 3D-marks
160 Core & 175 Mem = 4526 3D-marks
There were many other variations which were
used, but these should give a rogh indication.
Results were posted at www.madonion.com ,and (http://www.madonion.com,and) going by the Results Browser, they are on top(for the type of hardware used).
I used TNTClk v1.2 O/Clock my card.(available at [URL=http://www.tweaktown.com )
I hope I was of help.
