Xentor 32 vs Ge-Force 256

I've found both cards for $139.00,but that there may be compatibility issues with AMDK6-3 and the Ge-Force anyone heard ?

Get the GeForce dude.

It's chipset is faster and also supports Hardware T&L (Transform&Lighting)

Mad that they are at the same price !
