need advice on GTS

I am going to get a Geforce 2 just wondering if anyone knows of any good manufactures for this card

mainly the Creative one does anyone know if it's any good how does it compare to the elsa???

All of the one so far are based on the reference design of 32MB DDR, 200/333.
The differences come basically in default Heatsink/fan and software packages, and stuff like TV-out

Well the Elsa GeForce 256 was slightly better than Creative's GeForce 256. So I'm going to go with that as my basis for the assumption that the Elsa GeForce2 GTS will be slightly better than Creative's GeForce2 GTS. And if you're going to get the Elsa GeForce2 GTS, don't forget to pick up some of Elsa's 3D Revelator glasses, they rock!
They cost about $66 for the normal version and $99 for the wireless version.

FrozenLiquidity, the revelator's are compatible with all tnt's, tnt2's, and I'm pretty sure all geforce 1 & 2's. I apologize if you knew this already. I've seen your intrest in the glasses in other threads and just wanted to make sure you know you're not relegated to Elsa cards. http://sysopt.earthweb.com/forum/smile.gif

thanx any more suggestions would be appreciated but i think i will go with the Annihilator 2 for the simple fact of price and avialabity. I live in Canada and dont want to order from the states cuase you get screwed on shippin also i can pick Annihilator 2 up for 450 bucks canadian which is really awesome considerin everywhere else is selling them for about 530 bucks

I have a Elsa Gladiac. I love the card.

Performance wise, they're all nearly identical, +/- 2 fps, if that. (OC'ing not being considered.)

So main concerns, besides maybe software, games, or utils to help card OC or handle video(DVD, editing)........maing concerns would be hardware options, video output, 3d Glasses support (AUSUS, ELSA).


Unless ur willing to wait for the cards that will be modified a good deal away from the reference design, theyre all very very similar.

Go for creative if you want a good price.
