Where might I find schematics for wiring an electric guitar?

Specifically I need to wire my guitar with the following components:

2 double-humbucker pickups (bridge & neck)
1 single coil pickup (middle)
5-way toggle switch
1 volume pot
1 tone pot

I know it's gotta be simple, but as of yet I haven't been able to figure it out...and it's really starting to irritate me. Certainly this info has got to be on the web somewhere, if anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. In the mean time I guess I'll be sifting through search engine results (yuk).

no clue what so ever, but i suggest you take apart another guitar, and try it that way.

Thanks but already been down that road. The only other guitar I have here is wired completely differentl (only has 2 humbuckers, a 2-way toggle switch, 2 volumes & 2 tones). Yeah I know...you'd think they be similar enough for me to figure it out. But no. Guess I just go my dunce cap on tonight. ???
