Its called WinDiff. Allows you to compare two directories or drives. Lists files that are the same, different, etc etc. Brangwen 03-18-2000, 05:48 PM There probably is a utility on your CD burning software that will compare the copy with the originial and let you know if the copy is identitcal with the source. The software that came with my Memorex CD-RW has such a feature. Good luck http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif Ps: Did I totally misread your question? [This message has been edited by Brangwen (edited 03-18-2000).] ilcavero 03-18-2000, 06:45 PM no, brangwen you read my question ok, but i dont have that software because i dont have a cd burning machine. im looking for an utilitie downloadable from internet. i saw it on the letter of sysop a couple of weeks ago, but i erased the email and i cant find the utilitie again. thanks Smokey 03-18-2000, 08:50 PM I have one called CDCheck... it seems to work very well. Shoot me an e-mail at mbradley@idmail.com and I'll sent it to you... SysOpt.com
