Geforce Purple Artifacts and other werid things

Yes i was wondering when using my geforce play quake3 or any other games i get werid things in the game like on certain objects have sort of colored bars on them like a jail. I did have my geforce oc. But then i reset it back to what it should be still see them. Also tried nvida drivers 5.14,5.16 still get them. Then i went with the orginal card drivers creative. Still get them. I even went to see if io voltage was 3.50 like it should it was still happens. Should i up it to 3.60?????System below and i included a pic of this happening while i type this. See those purple lines. Umm seems to only happen when i scroll.If i minimize it they disappear but if i scroll again they reappear. Here the pic of me playing quake 3 demo. I did try lowering the memory speed to 290/130 everything works fine but i should have to do that.

This is without the videocard being overclock and using the creative drivers.
