Is TweakDUN good?

Hi all,
Is TweakDUN really good? I tried it but I didn't feel anything improved in terms of connection speed.

I've read it helps with some modems and some ISPs. I guess you really need to test the settings to see how it affects your modems download performance.

Changing the associated values in the registry has the same results but without the need for that utility.
