That knock out stuff always was evil, main thing is your home and on the mend, got an excuss to spend more time on the system now as you won't be off to work for a few days' http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
Get well soon.
BTW don't scare us like that again, thought you had been in a street fight or some thing. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif

Ugh... I hate that general anesthetic... it makes you feel like you have no muscles or energy and you just want to die...
Hope the recovery goes well for you. I have never been put under before. It frightens me. I always just get local anesthetics when they have to work on me.
Yeah, I would've prefered a local but the doc said it wasn't possible due to whe location hr needed to work was right where they usually do an ankle block!
5 or 6 inch insicion,, but not too deep I was told.
Sorry, WW. That's why I put the word surgery behind it, didn't mean to scare anybody but might not have my head on real straight just yet. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif

me too! First thought was you've been knifed and are now in surgery.
hehe, but then thought how would you be posting here and dealing with an emergency surgury......hmmmmmm......I can see it now:
Doc. Doc! before I go under [cough] the blade, you gotta go [wheeze] to www.SysOpt.com,......I (http://www.SysOpt.com,......I) KNOW I'm bleeding, Damit Doc!!! Just do it! Tell'em...[gasping] tell'em that...I love'em, man,...and I'll never forget'em [exhale...flatline].
Overly dramatic? http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif Anyways Ed_S, get well soon. You'll be back on your feet (pun intended) in no time.
SORRY!! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/redface.gif
Got my head on a bit straighter now, when I first wrote that I'd just stumbled in from the hospital & was waiting for something to eat...
Shouldn't even have been online yet, was only about an hour or so out of the recovery room!!
I've emailed socalgal to please edit it for me, no use alarming anyone else!
<edit> socalgal, use your own judgement, i'm not real sure about mine just yet! http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
