Hello all.... I recently picked up some memory from a buddy of mine, and am having a heck of a time identifying it. Can ya help?

(2 gold lead DIMMS) QM664814AT-8
Sticker on each says "QC QM8SD64"
could this mean each stick is 64MB of PC66/100?

(2 tin lead SIMMS) NT511740B5J-60
Sticker on each says "4MX32FPM60"
could this mean each stick is 32MB of EDO?

(2 tin lead SIMMS) TI -70 TMS44400DJ
No stickers, but PCB says Texas Instruments
these look identical to the SIMMS above,
8 memory modules on one side of the PCB

Any help ya can give is really appreciated!!!

Just a guess as I am not a memory master but I would bet that

#1 is probably PC100 (8ns SDRAM) PC66 is usually 10ns

#2 is Fast Page Memory (not EDO) 60ns

#3 is 70ns memory possibly fast page also.

Just a guess but from those numbers I think they are correct. Might want to double check.

I think you will find #3 is standards, not quite as good as FPM's

#1 Find a motherboard that takes DIMM's.
#2 Find a motherboard that takes SIMM's.
#3 Use the motherboard you used in #2.

If you want to know its performance, benchmark it. Have a nice day.
