video cards? agp or pci?

Majority rules and i decided to go with the Voodoo3 3000. What are the performance differences between the AGP and PC? what is a descent cheap (new) sound card?

I got the Aopen Yamaha AW744. It is basically a budget version of the soundblaster live. kickass soundcard, for under the half the price of a sblive. Does everything that the sblive does. Go to Aopen's site to have a look if you want.

The Voodoo3's don't take very good advantage of AGP features, so you'd probably be just as well with either card.
