Also you will need a program such as EZ-BIOS if you go over 2gigs due to the BIOS limitaion in 486's. I know if you get a Maxtor or Western digital they offer it on their site for free. I used EZ-BIOS on my 486DX2/66 and had no problems. AnakiMana 03-14-2000, 11:21 AM Try www.hitechcafe.com (http://www.hitechcafe.com) They have tons of drives in every size range. Hope this helps, AnakiMana jadinolf 03-14-2000, 04:45 PM jadison I didn't mean that you could just find one there. You have to post a request. Your drive should be $20- 40 plus shipping depending on size, [This message has been edited by jadinolf (edited 03-14-2000).] netsurfer 03-14-2000, 05:24 PM How about an online auction? http://www.ebay.com/ can have some great deals bdunn 03-14-2000, 09:01 PM Try http://www.computersurplusoutlet.com good luck Bruce alpha 03-15-2000, 12:45 AM They can be expensive because they are hard to find and often required for compatability reasons.
