Howdy all,

Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to do SLI with a Diamond Monster II 12 MB card and Creative Labs 3d Blaster Voodoo 2 12 MB card? I just saw the 3d Blaster is being sold at $30 and I already have a Monster II. Chack it out and let me know if you think this will work.

As far is I know you need 2 voodoo's of the same type. I quite remeber a method where it showed how to make 2 voodoo's of different brand to run in SLI. Sorry... don't remeber the HTTP address... /forum/frown.gif

I think you can use two different cards if you use the reference drivers from 3dfx. I haven't tried it but I seem to recall reading it somewhere.

Tried it before, a CL and STB, same memory and I used the Reference drivers, worked fine... (maybe I was lucky?) but I've heard of it working other times...
