Well both cards are good... they have advantages and disadvantages. If ya got the money go for the TNT2 Ultra or Voodoo3. But if you want to buy from one of them... well is a though decision.
I use a Monster Fusion PCI (Voodoo Banshee) and all games run fine from 30-60fps. If you don't care of using 32-bit, Quake-style games (FPS) run a little slower, and want to use GLIDE go for the banshee. If you want good visual quality and use a GLIDE wrapper go for the TNT.
