How far can you push a V3 2000 out of the box without adding cooling and/or removing the heat sink and using thermal paste?

Given that the V3 2000 is reportedly very overclockable, is there any reason to buy a V3 3000?

It is definitely NOT worth buying a V3 3000. I have the 200, and I can overclock well past 166 MHz, which is how fast the 3000 is running.

'cause it's very stable 'n can be ovclk up to 186 Mhz (w/o fan) and 195Mhz (w/ fan).

How are you guys overclocking this card ???
I don't seem to have the means to change the clock speed using the V3-2000 with the latest drivers.

You can add a key in the registry. Unfortunately, I can't remember where to add the key. I'm sure it can be easily found, maybe at some voodoo website.
