the truth is, although there is a lot of research, I would not dispute for a sec, the capabilities of our governments to follow up with research.
The only thing that can stop us is our morallity, and with the ever increasing number of non faith believers, and freaks in society, I wouldn't doubt that something of this magnitud has been tried.

His ISP is cyberweb,the tech contact is somebody named Gil Romano, and they are based in West Hills CA.
