Just go pick up another one, they do that quite often. They are about $20 a piece.

Am I doing damage with the fan not working? How soon do I need to replace it?

Dont use it without the PSU fan working. The components inside will get too hot and can cause serious damage.

Replace the fan AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

Fans are in power supplies for a reason. To keep them cool... If they aren't cool, things overheat and reak havoc on everything.
