I understand this stat information is a little hard to come by at the moment, so I thought and thought on different ways we can find the winners of the contest. Here is the best idea I came up with (you're gonna love this, I did)

Ugh, just image. I've seen on t.v. somewhere in a third-world country, its a tradition to have a hoola-hoop type metal ring put around your neck and having to wear it from the day you're born till your 18yrs old. One ring gets added every year @ your birthday, so by the time you're 18, you'd have 18 metal rings around your neck and you'd look like a giraffe.

Not a pretty picture, especially for the ladies.
