I'm just wondering if maybe heatsinks on the memory chips of my v770 non-ultra will help me get a little more speed out of them.

My TNT2 core seems to run fine at speeds up to 190-195!
But the memory becomes unstable when it's clocked at 195 and above.

I have a few heatsinks that I could easily chop up and attach to the memory chips (not sure how, but I can rig something). But is it really worth the effort?

yes I have read where people have been able to reach higher speeds this way. Use frag tape to attach them to the chips.
