Hmmmmm....
Some of the rants have a point. And I can identify with them.
Others, though, have a cockeyed twist to them. Like the person who is off on a tear about rude customers. I can see her point (up to a point). Hey, just plain old common decency dictates playing nice. But then she goes off on a tangent of admonishing customers that the store is there as a favor to the customers and that the customers to show their gratitude for the existence of the store should be nice to the store employees.

Guess she expects her employer to believe that she is doing them a tremendous favor by agreeing to work for them.
