i740 or Voodoo2?

I740 is faster than voodoo1, but i doubt voodoo2, if you have a good 2d card already (i.e. with 8mb sgram) i'd go with the voodoo2,

Out of those three cards, the Voodoo2 is definitely the best. It's getting a little old now but at that price it's not a bad buy. The i740 has had poor reviews and does not compare to a Voodoo2, no matter how much more memory it has. As long as you already have a good 2D card, go with the Voodoo2.

Hello,
I have the choice of buying a 8MB voodoo 2 for 50 bucks or a 16MB i740 for 50 bucks as well. My question is, should I buy the Voodoo 2 for its faster frame rates or the i740 for it's memory. I also have the option of buying a voodoo1 for 20 bucks but I can't find one in stock.

If you already have a 2d card, get the voodoo2, if you don't have a 2d card already, go buy a simple card and get the V2 anyways. Stay away from the Banshee...
