I am comfuse about the sound blaster series.
What is the different between sound Blaster Live Value/mp3/xgamer/platinum? Please help.

pretty much the only differences are in the software that is bundled with the card.

The platinum also comes with the LiveDrive....which puts a panel in the front of your tower with the following connections:

Microphone In (1/4" jack with gain control)

What about the driver? Are They the same too. Man if it is i rather have the value. It about $40 cheaper.
