forsaken benchmark at 11fps???

I have a viper 550 and everytime I run the forsaken benchmark, runs at 11fps. I used to run at the average of 90fps. I don't know what settings I've changed. Does anybody have any ideas?

Recheck the in game video options. You may have changed the video option in the game to run at the max resolution with all 3D features enabled. -Or- you may have accidently changed the video setup to run the game with 3D software instead of primary display adapter. -Or- you may have unchecked the "use Direct3D Acceleration" in DirectX's setup icon in the Directx folder.
