V2 problems

I was wondering if anyone has had the same problems (and hopefully fixed them). I have a dual 12m V2 sli setup with an Intel i740 primary display card. When I try to race in need for speed 3 it gets to the end of the loading screen and hangs. This happens when I disable my sli setup and go for just the one v2 as well. The alien vs predator demo appeared to do the same thing, but i was getting so pissed off at reseting my comp all the time i only ran it once.
If anyone has a solution to this i would be very thankfull.
