Not really. The AGP version only uses 1X AGP. However the AGP version does run at 66MHz and has SGRAM instead of SDRAM so it's only slightly faster. It depends on which slot do you want to use. As far as I know, there's not a Banshee yet that has TV-out. You could try the Canopus Spectra TNT card. It has TV-out.

depending on how old your board is, newer boards run agpx2 at 133mhz
a good card with tv out would be a viper rivatnt or on a budget a s3 savage agp which has tv out and runs really fast for an s3 and benchmarks well for 3d games

If you use TV/Out, then don't buy Diamond v550 agp. It's really bad. Get STB for AGP. If you don't need to buy right now, then you might want to wait for TNT2. It's far more better than original TNT. Diamond TNT2 fixed the problem with older TNT, so grab that V770. With 32mb, it's great!

Is there any speed difference between AGP and
PCI version of Creative Labs 3D Blaster Banshee? Of course, AGP runs at 66Mhz instead
of PCI's 33, but .... ehhh.... http://www.sysopt.com/forum/frown.gif

Just looking for 3D card with TV out... any
suggestions?
