the monitor ADI 6p,kind of turn off ones in a while for like half a second???

power management is off
and set to 5 hour in contol panel

Did you turn off power management in the BIOS or just in Windows? I was having a weird problem when my monitor went into suspend mode I couldn't wake it up, so I just turned it off altogether in the CMOS settings.
