Anyone have any experience with the Real3d Starfighter cards? I'm looking to upgrade and these seem to be the most economically feasible for me right now. Any positive or negative feedback would be appreciated, thanks in advance. BTW, I'm running an Intel 233mmx, 64mb sdram, and presently a Diamond Stealth Pro 2000 (4mb) for video. Any suggestions would be great too.

Check out a review I wrote a few months ago when I still worked at Computer Heaven:

It's not the best review I've ever written, but I think it conveys the idea. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif As far as i740 cards go, it's the fastest and I've NEVER had a problem with it and any AGP motherboard (the only i740 card I can say that for).

I don't know how good the card is, but it's got to be faster than the 6 frames/sec I got with my Diamond Stealth 2000.

I couldn't find anything at www.pricewatch.com listed under "real 3d" or "starfighter", but www.shopper.com listed plenty of entries, from basic 8 meg cards for about $45 to 24 meg cards with TV and DVD support for $60-65, including PCI versions.
