T-Bird 1.4 and overclocking

Going on base speed alone, wouldn't it be possible to OC a 1.4 thunderbird higher than 1.5 GHz? I've heard stories that the 1.4 is architecturally unsound, however, and that a 1.33 GHz works better. Any thoughts/experience on this subject? I'm building a new system and I'm coming down to which processor to choose: a t-bird 1.33 or 1.4.
