I'm wondering if anyone here got a letter from Shopping.com lately...I got a letter today from them apologizing for their crappy and ****ty service back in October of 1998, when I ordered some parts which never showed up. I canceled the order and I had to call my credit card company to get my money back, also I filed a complaint with the BBB about their practices...
Well heres the kicker, I got a GIFT certificate today for $250 bucks worth of stuff @ shopping.com, I am psyched but whats good about $250 bucks if their service is still crappy and the products still do not get delivered?
Anyway, just wondering if anyone got the same letter.
