I am using the fsb to o'clock and I don't see anywhere in my bios to change the agp and pci dividers. I'm assuming that since my default bus speed is 133mhz.,that the agp divider is 1/2, and the pci divider is 1/4. How far can I deviate from 133 before I can expect anomalousness?

Well the AGP bus shouldn't be a problem, Geforces are well known for being able to maintain high bus speeds. PCI will likely give the most problems, really depends on what cards you have installed. Some can be very picky. As for the dividers, they don't usually give any higher dividers, currently 133mhz is the highest officially supported bus disregarding DDR and pseudo 4X buses. An athlon of 1.4ghz should have came factory unlocked so it'd be easier just to increase that.
