Szech 06-11-2001, 12:51 AM The arctic silver series is by far the best thermal grease you can get. It contains silver, which has one of the highest thermal conductivities of anything out there. Higher thermal conductivity = faster transfer of heat, which = lower CPU temps. You can check out www.arcticsilver.com (http://www.arcticsilver.com) for distributers, but I know off the top of my head that www.2cooltek.com (http://www.2cooltek.com) and www.plycon.com (http://www.plycon.com) sell it. Make sure you buy from an authorized dealer because there are a lot of imposters out there. LiLRiceBoi 06-11-2001, 11:09 PM if you're looking to do some serious overclocking, you need artic silver Fingers 06-11-2001, 11:52 PM Thermal Compound Deathmatch (http://www.thetechzone.com/reviews/roundup/thermal_compound/page3.htm) ...too bad the other guys already gave away the winner. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif Here's the direct link to the thermal compounds page at 2cooltek.com (http://2cooltek.safeshopper.com/9/cat9.htm?221) PS, don't use the Arctic Silver adhesive for CPU's, it's a permanent epoxy, although there are instructions at the link provided by Szech for weakening its bond strength by diluting it with Arctic Silver II.
