As for the PCI mass storage controller, you need to install the drivers for the UDMA 66 controller. I would grab the latest ones from http://www.highpoint-tech.com and install them (instructions are in the mobo manual).

The second fatal error has something to do with your soundcard. The Live!'s use the emu10k processor, and if emu10k or something similar is mentioned... then i'd suggest getting the latest drivers for that card, or taking it out while getting the rest of the system in gear.

Which version of the UDMA 66 controller drivers did you use? The latest is v1.22 from the web site. Also, when you are installing them, if you check the manual, it says that you need to install them on BOTH PCI mass storage devices, and do NOT reboot after the first one has been installed. In other words, you have to install the drivers on both instances of the PCI mass storage controller, then reboot your computer.
The BIOS should have an option for HDD-3 also. This is the first controller on the UDMA 66 controller. If it doesn't, perhaps you need to flash your BIOS to the latest version.
The first time I had problems installing the v1.20 drivers for the UDMA 66 controller (included on the disk), I reinstalled Windows after it hung at boot up. You may want to try starting over with a clean drive, install windows, then install the v1.22 UDMA 66 drivers, if nothing else appears to work.
Hope this helps.
Take all the PCI devices out and try and boot up. Unless you video is PCI but I didn't think that it was. and either try and boot again or reinstall
