FULL SCREEN IE 5.0
Another reader posted a question on the Windows Insider forum
wondering how he could quickly see a "full screen" view of the IE
5.0 window. Actually, this is an easy one. With the IE window
currently active, just press the F11 function key to toggle back
and forth between maximized and normal views.

Or, just double left click on the top bar where it says Microsoft Internet Explorer.

You could also customize the toolbar and put the full screen icon there.

Double clicking the area where it say Microsoft IE does not make it go full screen. It does make the window bigger and smaller though.
