I captured some video on my ATI All in Wonder 128 as an .avi file. I copied them to a cdr and sent them to a friend. He says he can hear them but gets no video on Quicktime or MediaPlayer (both newest versions). I played it a home before I mailed it and it worked fine.
He gets the error message " compressor file missing bubble " . Any ideas
Thanks

What program did you use to capture the video, and what codec did you use to compress it?

Go to http://www.ati.com and find the support on capturing avi files. You have to save them a certain way so they can be viewed by others.

One reason I do NOT like ATI's vid capture is that it captures by default to proprietary codecs which nobody else has. Best bet is to get either software to convert to MPEG2, or a program to capture mpeg2 video directly.
