Here my spec:

Pentium III 550
Micronics C400 (bx)
128mg of PC-100 ram
Viper V770 Ultra
13.7g WS Expert hard drive
Sound Blaster Live Value
Viewsonics A90 (19")
Cambridge FPS2000.

I got a bit o money to burn. I was thinking between Geforce 256 DDR or 128mg PC-133 or a new motherboard.

The GeForce 256 is fantastic on my PIII 600. Have a CL TNT2 Blaster Ultra on the PII 333 and it is excellent, also, but if I were you, I'd definitely go with the GeForce. Have fun!
