Is there an equivalent for Rain for the newer chips ?

I mean something small, not much features, just cooling, and most importantly : free.

I don't think that there are any cooling software that works with the Duron or Athlon CPU's.

I've used CPUIdle Pro V.1.0 for my T-Bird @ 1.4Ghz and it made the temperature rise... I use CPUIdle for my Dual P3 @ 940Mhz and it drops the temperature by about 5C. Perhaps CPUIdle isn't compatible with AMD processors?

CPUidle can't help Athlons/Durons, the only one that really seems to work is CPUCool, download it from here (http://members.nbci.com/_XMCM/podien/CPUCOOL9.ZIP) ...
