I've fallen out of the 1G club!!!

I thought my duron 600@1000 was 100% stable. I finally found a program that makes it crash: CineMaster. It ALWAYS crashes when I run my processor at 1000, even at 1.85V. So now I have to clock it down to 950 in order to use CineMaster. Well.. at least the other 99.9% of the programs I use work perfectly fine at 1G. But I think I'll leave it at 950 just to be on the safe side.

I'm still waiting for my ticket to the gig club, I belive it's called a Fop-38m, I'm just itching to see how far I can take this duron 750 but there is absolutely no-where local to get em, or anything else half-decent. One of these days I gotta get a cred card and get in online....

Everything is just pathetically slow at 950MHz. Oh... to be back in the 1 gig club... that is my dream. But NO! Cinemaster had to screw everything up! Now I'm stuck until my next upgrade. I can already see the looks of disdain from the other club members. This rejection is enough to make me hit the bottle. HAVE PITY ON ME!

And to add insult to injury... I had to slow down my RAM from TURBO to FAST. I can feel the performance slipping away............

I' ve been running non stop for six months at 1050mz with my duron 700, but I had to add more cooling, my old sold fop 32-1 was replaced by a Alpha pep 66t with duel fans, doing a perfect getto mod. One fan sucking out -ytech 27cmf or 26cmf and one delta 22cmf on side blowing in with copper spacer and artic silver, keeps my temp under 38C at all times,But something werid happened when I turned it down to one thousand -the duron went to 900mz,I added my lead - same thing happened, must be a bios bug, I am running latest bios beta out. I ended up forgetting about it . Run's perfect at full blast 1050mz and 1.85. This really is very fast.
