is there any free ISP in Canada (sudbury, ont)

Petro Canada is selling 3Web (a free ISP with a number in Toronto) CDs for like $19. Luckily I got one free in the Star a month or so ago. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/redface.gif) Check their website to download what you need (www.3web.net). There's also K-Mart's Bluelight ISP that also has a Toronto number (strange, considering K-Mart is dead in Ontario...). It's at www.bluelight.com/isp.html (http://www.bluelight.com/isp.html) . Unfortunately I have been unable to get either of these to work, but I know at least one person who uses 3Web. These are also the only two free ISPs in the area that I know of, but Toronto must be a local call (I don't know if it is local from Sudbury). Good luck.

I was mistaken. I heard again on the radio today that the CDs at Petro Canada cost $9.95, not $19.95. Not bad, but I'd probably just waste the money on gas or something... lol
