how do you change folder options?

I posted on the other board, but this probably belongs here. Here's my problem:

I used to view folders, and things like pictures in .jpg and .gif formats in an Internet Explorer Window. I liked it like that. Now I installed Paint Shop Pro, and it took over all the .jpg and .gif files. When I open them, it opens int he PSP Program. How do I change all the .jpgs and .gifs back to open in I.E? Thank you so much for any help you can give me.
