tell me if it is worth it!

I'm in the process of building a computer. I would like advice as to if i am on the right track.
The system:
PIII-600b
256 ram {133 bus}
27 gig wd expert partitioned for c: programs
d: general e:games
rage fury 32bit 32 meg
imation 4 x 4 x20 burner
52 x blaster cd-rom
awe 64 gold
cordless keyboard
cordless mouse {mouseman wheel}
17" monitor
some of these parts are in my existing system. {PII-400 10 gig hd- 256 ram}
is this system ok?

i hate to say it but all i know about the m-board is it has an apollo pro chip set on it and not the intel 810. a frind who own a comp shop recominded the board.

i will be on the road for a few days so i will have to check back friday is there are any questions. thanks in advance.
