which i best for overclocking? a7v133? KT-7? KT7-Raid? I'm hoping for a board with onboard ATA100. Are the onboard 100's even good? And no, I don't need a Raid array.

I just put an Abit KT7A (w/o raid) and a 1-ghz Tbird. It supports ATA 100 and I utilize it. Great setup. Very fast. If you buy this board, the following site is your best friend.
