finding bios set up for clock speed

I seen computers that have a setting in the bios for clock speed that can be changed

i have a packard bell pentium 2 350 350 mhz

and when i go to the cmos settings there is not one to change this

it uses the ambios ver 1.17

does any one know how to access this or if this computer can be upgraded any information will be helpful

The bios is locked. Gateway,Dell,Packard Bell, etc... all lock there bios. Try softFSB.
