what is the best IP telephony service???

I started using dialpad yesterday (www.dialpad.com) its pretty good, but can't make overseas calls.
is there one that is free and allows overseas calls????

Also, any of these things work for Canada?

Just in Canada, I don't really need international calls.

I know the frustration I am canadian as well, but I make a lot of calls 2 d states, so I am glad.
no I don't think that we have anything just 4 canadians yet.
(dialpad) doesn't work in canadian calls, just us.
