The best sailing simulator/game?

this may sound like a dumb question but can anyone tell me what is supposed to be the best sailing simulator. My dad is into it at the moment and with a simulator/game it would be a great way to practice.

I'm a pretty avid gamer, and to tell you the truth, I've never heard of a sailing game. But I'll see what I can find.
