I have an Athlon 650 and I am considering buying 256MB 32x64 SDRAM PC100 at 3.3V unbuffered. Does that mean anything? Will they be compatible? I also have a Biostar M7MKE motherboard, if that helps.

You might want to consider PC133 instead just to give it some Overclockability and serve you better down the road......
Other than that I will leave up to someone who owns the board ,some may be more picky than others.
