Upgrading-Need a New Case

I'm going to be changing things in the box around soon so I figured I'd change my case and power supply too since I've never bothered before.

So what's the best case (ATX) out there? I'm looking for quiet, easy to use, and lots of bays (internal and external) for all my toys.

Did I leave any requirements out that I should look for?
