Hi guys
I have PIII 800E with PC-133RAM I know it is kind of stupid combination
I'm trying to change 100FSB to 133FSB and I just tried to change the jumpers but it won't boot up I guess it has that overclock lock
does any body know how to unlock or is there something i need to do
Please Help me
thank you ~!

the only thing locked on this processor would be the multiplier setting at 8, you can change the fsb all you want.
I would say your problem is that most p3 800 cannot run at 1064 mhz (133 fsb like you tried). The only way you may be able to get it to run at that is by raising the voltage supplied to the processor, I would recommend not going higher than 1.85v without very good cooling.
Basically with overclocking you should try and work your way up. Start with only a small fsb increase at a time and make sure you processor will boot and be stable at that speed before you move on to a higher setting.
jaida is correct.
What kind of motherboard are you using?

Thank you for replying my post
well I have Asus P3V133 Motherboard
but i'm not really trying to overclock I'm trying to make FBS to 133 so I could have better speed on my RAM that I have
my RAM is PC-133
so is there anyway I could unlock the multiplier lock
so could run like 133x6 798 or 133x7 931 maybe
once again thank you guys~

boomer,
There is no way of unlocking the multiplier on Intel chips so you will most likely not be able to utilize the 133 fsb. You may be able to increase memory bandwidth with your motherboard. From what I know it is the Via Apollo 133 chipset and it should most likely have an option to run the ram asynchronously at 133 mhz for increased memory bandwidth. Try doing a little searching in your bios.

There could be viable FSB speed between 100 and 133 that could get you some boost in RAM performance, even though there are only jumpers for 100 and 133. If you know the PLL type you can try using CPUCool or SoftFSB to see if you can change the FSB.
I have the following choices on my board: 66,83,100, and 133 via jumpers. But using CPUCool I could get 66, 83, 100, 133 (two different PCI speeds), 140 and 150. So CPUCool may be worth a try.

Yeah that motherboard is sweet, except for the memory bandwidth... but there is a way to clock that too using H-oda's technique..
like 4-way interleaving
