I've got a Duron 600MHz running at 884MHz (104X8.5) with a Vcore voltage of 1.70V. For some reason I can't use any multiplier greater than 8.5. If I use 9 then I lock when I get into windows. My temps are fine, hovering around 41C.

My question is:

Would playing with the I/O voltage help?

I've got the really good Crucial CAS2 RAM so I know it isn't the RAM. What I'm trying to pinpoint is if it is the CPU or the Motherboard that is holding me back.

You certainly could try upping the I/O voltage. Personally, I don't go any higher than .2 above the rated spec.
