Currently i have my 1g tbird @1155 (11.0x105) on an A7v mobo with the core voltage set to auto. It measures 1.81V in sisoft sandra.
Would manually setting the thing to 1.85 possibly allow me to ge tthe stinking chip to boot at 11.5x100? or maybe 12x100?
My goal when i bought the chip was to hit 1200. Best i've done (while actually being able to run through the 3dmark2000 bench) was 1166.
I don't think i'm having a heat issue yet...idle is 40c, full load is 44c after hours of unreal tourne...using a fop38 hsf.
Anyone have any ideas to help me out?

I'd use the jumpers on the board. This prevents the BIOS to return to default everytime there is a boot failure. You should be able to reach 1.2, but one never knows. It's all up to the chip.

Windows software always read a little higher voltage than BIOS. When set to 1.85, Sandra shows 1.92
