Gotoworld?

I know posting about these "paid-to-surf" things are usually considered a no-no, but some of us can post about it without our reference numbers... Anyway, Alladvantage works all well and good, and I have recieved a couple of checks over the past few months. Has anyone recieved anything from Gotoworld? I don't want to waste my time running their banner if they don't pay up. Any experiences? Thanks.

i used to have gotoworld, but ditched it cuz it didn't do anything... it is actually a browser window, but you can "shrink" it to a banner on the top of your screen... i got a check only once (cuz you have to rack up $20.00 before you get one)... their pay system is all messed up... they give you a "quote", but it is just ****... their rates depend upon how many people actually click on their ads...

to sum up my opinion, i would highly reccomend that you do NOT get it... it uses up lots of memory on your pewter and is just generally a pain... so, just don't get it!

Well I already have it, I signed up months ago. I just haven't put that many hours on it. If you have recieved a check then it's not completely worthless. Looks like Alladvantage is still the best one eh?

i used to have alladvantage as well, but dropped it like a fly.... i just really don't like banner ads... BTW, my check was only for $20.58... their minimum is (i believe) $20 and i just barely made that one... i was on (per month) at least 80 hours and that amount was after about 3 months...

as i have stated before, i really greatly dislike banner ads, and especially dislike gotoworld...

the reason wh yit has taken u so long is that they say they will only pay for 25 hours of you online a month to get more money other people have to sign up putting your name in!

i did have 6 or 7 referrals that were also using it online ATLEAST that long... so, that included the referral fees.... BTW, i had figured out (using their supposed "cash calculator") the way to put them in my downline to make the most money and i had them that way, but it just never did anything....

I don't know, I like to have either Alladvantage or gotoworld running if I'm just sitting there downloading or something. I'll keep playing with Gotoworld and see what happens. Strange though, I can't see how much I've earned on their web site anymore. It now just tells me the hours, but not even a dollar amount for last month. Of course, I'm probably just blind... It happens...
